How about installing a rank that is above Godfather. A Don of Dons Godfather where the rank rules over the rest of the game. This godfather receives tributes from every family if he.she chooses etc. Then add more badass perks that way there is a goal to reach to be the strongest in the game and control it.

I'm not entirely sure what part of wars is really the fun part?

Is it the hours of refreshing 1 target or the months of work you lose dying? Presently I'm fairly content with the way things are now war isn't and has never been a real profitable venture. While some might enjoy the senseless violence and the thrill that comes with a big kill, I would suspect many enjoy staying alive, making money and enjoying the camaraderie that comes with being with friends and family.  

The part of wars where you can kill people. This is a game for Christ's sake, it seems people take it too seriously. Violence in fiction is fun.

Mafiareturns and Call of Duty are no where close to being relatable. If you want to go kill a bunch of people I'd suggest Grand Theft Auto as well.

I do believe Kenneth hit the nail on the head truly. I don't want to lose 4 months of work or spend hours on end refreshing and hell, I've taken days off of class for wars. That's not good lolz.

This is not necessary first there was  is no such thing as a Don of Dons 1 powerful guy for the entire mob that sounds so n00bish 1 guy cant control all the cities and crews it was impossible in the 30s and it sounds gay. Every district has a Godfather who does the same thing and acts as a "Don of Dons" only for their district that you are crying so much over.
