Hello, I'm going to make this short, and sweeter than candy.
Ladies and Gentlemen, no doubt you have noticed the new auth that has set up in Chicago. He had been planned for some time, but due to the tragedy that occurred last night had to be set up prematurely. As a cease fire has been called, the deaths are at a close. You have my word Phantom_BFN's gun is holstered and he is to take the role of a traditional crewleader.
