Back in the day, a long time ago when my ancestors first started acquainting themselves with those of the mafia type, there was no such thing as this many leaders running around here. Telkin was his name, and his journals say that he joined into the crew headed by Skulls. Learning the ways of how things used to be, i grinned at how easy we all have it now.
Taking a box out from a deep coat pocket, Walter withdraws a Cuban cigar and lights it, contemplating his next words. Before beginning he looks around to make sure everyone is listening.
From what I can get of it, there was a solid structure consisting of Skulls, Animal, and Jonnie_Reese, along with at the time I do believe Shawty, Iris, and Vic_Mackey, maybe a few others. Now back then, it was tight he wrote a lot, back in the day you'd be killed for calling a leader a bitch in the streets, back then, you'd be pumped full of OOCitis shots for mentioning anything that made you sound nuts.
Pausing for a moment, taking a large swig from a canteen, and smiling as the alcohol washes his worries away, Walter continues
Back in the day it took forever to get authorized as a crew-leader, and those who got the honor of rocking out a bold suit truly deserved it. Now I'm not saying that the counts quickly eighteen leaders didn't all get set up because they deserved it, I guess only time will reveal if they were truly ready. I'm just saying that hopefully these people can make reforms to the grasps of real power that were shown back then.

Now about one of your points. Back in the day when my ancestors were here I heard some families had sub crews. The people who lead them were often called Capos or Captains. I heard most of the people authed recently are Captains. When you look at it like that it doesn't seem so crazy to see so many people in bold suits. |

Agreed, but there is an abundance of them. I was merely stating that how much power can one really have if it is spread too far? Whilst some cities are enjoying the successes of two full crew leaders who each have captains, others are with one leader and no captain. Of course this is by choice, as stated by KOOP in a previous speech, but still, should things be put back to what most people are most familiar with is my real point i suppose |

My personal feel walter is people are changing coz the complaints of stagnancy so trying to new things. Yes the power may seem spread thin, but the fact that now maybe each captain will have 25 members to 50 members means the strength overall has increased in mind. |
