this is a question that many have debated over the years wich part is youre favourite? (part 3 doesant even come into this discussion) there are so many classic scenes from theses 2 movies but wich do you prefer? me i prefer part 1 it is my all time favourite movie the scene at the end where micheal masterminds the deaths of the head of the other 4 families and the way they are excecuted as he is at a baptism is legendary what are youre opinions part 1 or 2? discuss please |

| This is a tough choice. I love both, but if someone put a gun to my head and made me pick I'd say part 2. I like the story line of young Vito and I thought the best line was when Michael said, "You broke my heart, Fredo." Very intense. | |

i love the first one because sonny was my favorite and i hate how he died. but micheal jus wanted to be some fuckin businessman he was nothin like how his father was and the first one was more cosa nostra like and the second focused on michael and vito's life more. |

I like Part 1 because of Vito Coreleone, Luca Brasi, Sonny and where all the rival Bosses get whacked out. There was a lot of Italian tradition in both films though. But, In Part II, I loved that they spoke more Italian, showed Sicily and how Vito rised to his position. I wish they would do more films of the 1900's when the first Italians arrived in the country. |
