Overhearing the conversation going on in the diner, JR starts to laugh at some of the jokes being made. Haha I am not sure if that is the best way to go at this point Acutie, seeing as war brought upon this discussion in the first place. Although if it were agreed on, I might be up for it. With that said, on a more serious note, I am going to have to agree with PG. It makes sense that the other leaders in the country should discuss the matter and figure out who would be best suited to take the reigns of the city of New Orleans. JR goes back to his dinner and listens to the rest of the conversation. |

Hearing his besty Fumanji speak in the streets for a second, Rourkey finishes pouring his whiskey and offers a glass to Fu. Can you really call it "earn[ing] 100%" if you require another crewleader to assist you during a war? Seems that would be more 50-50 to me. |

*Fu takes the cup of whiskey from his Bestie and after checking it for various poisons, tosses his head back and downs it...hmmmm :) So yes, I agree, but not even 50%-50%... more like 33% 33% and the rest goes to the poor kid who shot in the wrong direction. |

the young man nervously passes through the crowd what we have seen is a true tragedy that has affected people and of course the coffers, the human life cannot be replaced but the money will pour back in with time. As much as it could be helpful to pass on to the highest officer of the former family, the question is would that spark future conflict? the next question would be does this leave New Orleans remaining as a pick pocketing city when waiting for a new family? goes and sits on a crate when watching the crowd |

| I don't see how it would cause conflict any worse than PG and Hayley both still being alive... | |

sitting next to CaptainWho-err young Casio stands up to speak Gentlemen, this last war killed my parents. Now I work for a family which I and proud to be a part of. You are all men of honor and power. But my friend question is valid. I think that since no one is truely in full control of the city or shall I say the city is in a stalemate we should continue to treat it as a Pick Pocketing city, after all were not communist. The last law pasted down must be respected until a leader emerges and changes it themselves. the young man sit's back down while the leaders think about the issues that have been brought forth. |
