Earlier we only could send tribute through the bank screen, but later the custom taxes were added, making two possible ways to kick up money. However since sending through taxes doesn't show up on CL personals many users opt to send through bank so their earnings would be documented. My suggestion is to remove the donating through bank feature and keep the tax feature, but with the addition of CLs getting noted of tributes.

Crewleaders can still see when their members pay taxes, and you can also only pay taxes every 20 hours. 

The donations are there for players who want to donate more than just the minimum of taxes because taxes might not be set as high, or be on at all.

I really think it should stay the way it is so that members can send up more than just once a day, and for those who only want to donate the minimal taxes and tribute the rest. 

I see what nello's getting at, but johnny has a point. How about this as a solution?

Eliminate the taxes setup from the crew page. Put how much you owe under the donations in the bank page. That way you can send up just the minimum, or as much as you want, and the CL gets a personal either way. simplifies the whole system, and means that you don't have to remember your taxes while your donating

sidenote there should be a way a CL can track who owes taxes that way if someone isnt paying taxes or donating it can be addressed, as of now there isnt a way to address it without having to do some math, or even just have taxes come off automatically
