Hey there its been a long time since i have done a proper one of these in the Streets and i mean a long time... Im here today to ask the question.. "Is New Orleans still a PickPocket Friendly City" ?? As you all know that Muqtada made the city PP Friendly but now Muqtada has passed away does that rule still apply? as i dont fancy going to New Orleans to be PickPocketed when the rule doesnt apply or i dont want to go to New Orleans to Pickpocket someone that doesnt like people in there pockets, to find out that the rule no longer applies and then be punished for it, im not saying people will be punished but if the rule doesnt apply then somebody might be shot, when they didnt know the rule was gone. Dk steps down from the boxes that are well known to be stood on and waits for other people to express there opion |

I don't think there is any doubt that since NO no longer has any locally based crews essentially there are no laws regarding the city at present. It raises the more interesting point of who is going to step up to the plate and take charge of NO, a new leader that has the balls to seize control for themself or possibly a crew from the already heavily crowded Philly could move across? |

| There are usally the normal PP rules when a city isnt owned if they say yes the you can if not then you cant but i must bring up the question this time because it 'Was' a PP friendly city :P | |

| oh yes and another thing Lucertola you say there should be no Laws if there isnt a Crew Leader if that was to be true then it would be Chaos because if there are no Laws then anyone could shoot anyone in that city at anytime... and we all know thats not the way these times are. | |

I do not know what all this discussion of laws is about. Pickpocketing is always against the law. It is a crime. It is the issue of respect, not laws, that makes us question whether or not we should be pickpocketing. If a boss says that he or she does not consider it to be a disrespectful act, then it is ok to do. If a boss says no such thing, we should probably assume that it is disrespectful. So, if there is not boss in New Orleans, you should probably consider it disrespectful to stick your hands in another mobster's pockets and try to take his cash. |

| Yes i agree MrsButter it is disrespectful if they dont want you to do it i mean i Never PP people even if they are ok with it as i dont like PickPocketing over all hehe, but some people work for the Achivements so they might do it the main reason i brought this question up is belive it or not it is not for my own use its for all those people out there that like pinching money from peoples pockets. | |

| Bah. Pickpocketing isn't a matter of disrespect. It's a matter of good fun and a way to pass the time in between smashing up any 7-11s that have missed their protection payments. Taking such matters too seriously takes all the fun out of the job. | |

| hmmmmmm Sayyid then again i would say it isnt a Disrespectful thing but then i would be saying against myself what it is lol, in my opinion its disrespectful if people dont have that you can PP them in there quote and people still do it when they are not in a PP friendly city, but it is also alot of fun PPing people who dont mind there Pockets, having little hands in them :P | |

No DeathKnight that wouldn't result in chaos necessarily, A leader may set their own rules regarding a city for members of all families to respect, however if there is no leader it reverts back to a matter of respect between families. Regardless of which city i might be visiting if i make it clear i do not wish to be pick-pocketed yet someone still does then unless i'm unable to identify the person i will surely raise the issue with my Boss who would most likely (I'd hope) raise the issue with the PP'ers Boss to raise a solution/punishment. There is a difference between a state of free for all chaos, and how NO currently is, Leaderless. |

Maxie listened to the discussion and looked confused. I heard someone say pickpocket and get shot. I may be mistaken, but I was lead to believe pick pocketers are not killed. Will someone please clarify this for me before I steal another wallet? I'd hate to get shot over a measly $5000. |

| Hmm whene i said about getting shot i was only using that as a example Maxie not anyone to my knowledge has been killed for PickPocketing but that about shooting was a example of Punishment most of the time its a gun taken or the money has to be returned if someone was to PP them without permission | |

That goes for pickpocketing, shooting or whatever. Then again I'm just a dope head Goomba from Jamaica. I feel since there is no leadership their why not let it be it's own little war zone. If there is no leader there is no direction. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! That's just how I feel about, others will probably say, "Man that's stupid or man then families would be killing eachother and it would start war". You know all the mumbo jumbo mobster who don't have a clue indulge in. I say stay out if you wouldn't want part in that sort of atmosphere. THen again if I made decision around here alot of people wouldn't agree. That's just how I feel about it. Well TBP i agree with you 110% its simple tbh the best way to do it bank you money then you cant get PickPocketed the least that can happen is you get a DL saying you were pickpocketed by they walk away with nothing :) but anyways we still havent answered the question i asked and many of us wonder ?? Is New Orleans PickPocket Friendly or Not ?? |

Not sure about the whole pickpocketfriendly or not friendly,although i would imgine as there are no crews there, there are no laws in place regarding pp. What i would like to see is new orleans to be battled for, anyone can set up a HQ there but to keep it they must kill one another. Last man standing gets to keep the city, this has happened before on many occasions and would be interesting. Any thoughts? |

| Gentlemen the last law maker made it PP friendly and until a new law maker is appointed we have that to stand by. bank your money if you want to, but if I'm in New Orleans and your rich I'm in your pockets until you stop coming or you bank it as you get it. Now when the new sheriff changes that thats when I stop! So will the next rich contestant come on down to New Orleans where your pockets are ripe for me to pick! | |
