Frankie walks out of a New York building, its uncertain what the building is used for, as the only discernible thing about it is the DLS sign printed above the door. Other than that the structure is unremarkable Good morning passerby's, I'd like to thank you all for your recent trips to New York, seems business is good. I would like to let you all know that I have some plans to clean up the NY Business District. Also, plans are in the works for a cross country size poker game. Tournament Style Texas Hold 'em and a Double elimination Heads up Tournament. If you are interested in possibly participating in such an event. Come find me and let me know, also what times are best for you. More to come on this. On to what I came here to address today. With some of the cities empty and without law, with Godfather Jimmy having his city a PP friendly atmosphere, there are some pickpocketing going on...I am going to make my own Pickpocket announcement...my entire family is now pickpocket friendly. No matter the city, no matter the person. If they are sponsored by me, they are asking you to pick their pocket!! Hit me with your best shot! As Frankie turns to walk back into the building he sees ThomasRourke run up and put his hand in his back pocket...the empty one....Frankie grins as he makes the same attempt, finding no wallet You're old lady gets all your cash too? I need to ask for an allowance...can you believe that.... |

This is great news mister figs. I figured Id add more to this speech seeing as some people cannot seem to get more than one word out at a time. I am glad more people are opening up to the pickpocketing community. Wallets lifters worldwide are praising you this day. |

Hmm.. Draven looks up at Mister Figs and shakes her head. I think anytime in the evening would be great and I would love to participate. Game on as some would say! Draven raises her wine glass and smirks. Anyone in your family free to pp huh... |

Jimmy is right. This is great news. Your generosity is greatly appreciated, Frankie. I look forward to taking your poker chips and your wallet. Maxie smiled at the Don of New York then walked over to Draven to get a glass of wine. |

| Huzzah! An excellent decision. I'm glad to see more treating pickpocketing as the frivolous and enjoyable issue it should be. | |

An excellent idea, sir. Though I know that there are many men and women who are against the practice of pickpocketing and even threaten bodily harm to those who would attempt it. It will be curious to see how these people adapt. Personally, I'm in favor of anything that increases pickpocketing. I can't say that I'm successful all that often myself, but it's guaranteed to be the most amount of fun you can have for five grand. Except for this one girl who... coughs Nevermind. Wonderful idea. Right. |

| Salute Don Figs! Great idea. Why some would bitch and whine over a measly 5 grand is beyond me anyway. | |
