Thomas Rourke stood among the masses, making his way to the podium and stealing wallets and purses until he reaches the podium. He looks out at the waves of people who normally gather for a Rourke speech. Such simple people, the kind you'd find farming wheat or enjoying a glass of cider on a patio somewhere. In recent days, many cities have upped the ante on various degrees of pickpocketing allowance within their cities. Well, with the blessing of Godmother Marietta, I too have concocted a great pickpocketing scheme to help boost the legions in Detroit!! From this point forward... Detroit is Thomas Rourke Pickpockets You Friendly! Thomas hears silence from the crowd and taps the mic. Basically if I am in Detroit with you I can pickpocket you!! Thomas still hears silence. Hmm. That is all! Thomas is escorted through the crowd by Rourkey and Phatballz to the sounds of scattered boos. |

We usually hide the smaller bills in the folds of BrianRourke's stomach. Thomas keeps the larger bills in his "special hiding place" but he won't tell me where that is. |

Nice, I knew people would come around to it sometime! Reaches hand in nearby pedestrian's wallet, takes out 5 dollar bill, walks over to hot dog stand and buys a hot dog Hopefully other cities will come around to it sometime! |

Thomas, I don't care what city you're in, you can always pick pocket me. Telkin nods enthusiastically and falls over. Maybe he shouldn't have had that tenth pot of coffee... Or the twelth beer, in the same night. |
