| OC changes with SDI | Started by: Kill-The-Irishman on Jun 01, '14 18:06 |

I have found that with the new SDI features that you accept OC's without entering the personals page. Well, I have run into a small snag with this and maybe we can have a slight change. Let me first tell you my situation that happened today, My felony timer had zero, and a family member had sent an OC invite and it popped up and JUST as I went click "accept" on the little pop up from the SDI someone else had sent me an invite thus movie my crew member's OC up and I had accepted the other one instead of my fellow crew member's OC. So my suggestion is to find a way to be able to cancel out of any OC and still have the other invite valid, instead of having to hope the other guy will cancel the crime and re-invite you. We do have to keep in mind that if your felony timer is not clear then you can't accept the invite nor would you be able to if you are in another OC. I just think you should be able to leave one crime and go to another, but the feature so you can't enter multiple OC's. Pros- Makes honest mistakes like mine less of a hassle. Cons- Not sure how hard this would to implement. What do you guys think? |

if you accept the wrong invite you can go to the oc page and click cancel and back out of it and accept the right invite |

if you have more then one invite, hitting accept on one means you show up "declined" on the others. i'd be ok with still getting invites when your in one, and then if you click accept, it gives you the whole "this will remove you from [persons] Organized crime, are you certain you wish to continue?" |

i think the invites should only disappear after you complete a oc, for example when you accept a OC it shouldnt automatically decline other invites it should leave them as pending/unanswered until you do a oc |

That's what I am getting at, but stil maintain the basic principle of only being able to do one at a time. |

The problem with this, is that you can accept an invite even when your felony isn't zero. I.e. it goes to zero, an invite gets sent, but before you accept you hit on felony. Loads of people use felony before taking the invite just incase the OC fails, mostly as people are aiming to complete certain felony achievements tbh. Now if the above suggestions are implemented it would surely mean that you cannot then accept any invites whilst you have time on your felony? Otherwise you could receive multiple invites and just do one OC after the other. I understand the premise of the idea itself, I think the original suggestion alone is fine in the sense that it shouldn't automatically cancel out another OC, but I can't think of a way to alter it which wouldn't hinder other areas. |
