Marietta and JimmyTheLionHeart met up that morning and entered a local coffee shop. After numerous hours inside, their heads huddled toward each other in intense conversation, they finally emerged. Both shook hands and set out towards the streets followed by a multitude of bodyguards. They stop, and Jimmy yells out to the masses causing them to approach and gather around. It is not every day that a Godfather comes to the streets. Even more rare when two come out together. Today is a great day. A day for Philly and Detroit. Many of you may be wondering why Marietta and I have been in these long meetings today. We have made a deal, a deal that will impact both our businesses and help to revitalize the seven cities as a whole. Because people are calling for Philly and Detroit to stop authing leaders and captains, we've decided to fill the vacant cities before any more city expansion takes place in our respective Metropolises. This should satisfy those who have been seen throwing tantrums about the way we do our business. Don't think I don't see the smile on your faces cause I do. Now that we have made clear that we will not be immediately authing within our metropolises, we have something else we would like to say... He takes a moment to grab himself inappropriately and continues on with his speech, noticing people staring at him in awe for his last action. What!? Never had an itch before? Anyways back to the topic at hand. Due to some of the negativity we have heard from the peanut gallery in reception to our captains, we have decided to "thin our herds" and to take the stress off the other five cities by taking dual responsibility for placing leadership within New Orleans and Chicago. That's right folks we are LAYING claim on the two empty cities. As the jaws drop on the huddled sheep, a smile comes over Marietta's face. Jimmy nods towards her and continues on with the speech. As of this moment we are only laying claim. Sometime during the following days you will notice moving trucks making their way from Detroit and Philly to Chicago and New Orleans. Any attempt to disrupt the moving trucks will result in deadly consequences. Call it bold, call it whatever you like but as of now the future of Chicago belongs to the Riot! and the future of New Orleans belongs to Canada. Marietta and I would like to thank you all for your future co-operation while the moving unfolds. Marietta approaches Jimmy and extends her hand once more as Jimmy extends his. They share a long hand shake before each heading there own way, bodyguards in tow. |

two great cities laying claim to two sleeping giants. i eagerly await which great mafiosa you put in charge of them. chicago and new orleans. two places fully of history in this thing of ours i truly cant wait. |

Hands Jimmy a tube of cream. That'll clear it right up in 3 or 4 days boss. Now I hope you've learned your lesson and stop playing with that thing in public! Notices a few odd looks being given towards them. Thinks about clarifying the situation by pointing out that by 'thing' he meant Rourkey, but decides against it. Notices Marietta throwing him a quick wink as she makes a playful clawing gesture towards him and a gentle little 'Rawwwwr', but desicdes not to dwell on what was becoming an all too common occurance. Kudos Jimmy and Marietta. Other than you claiming to have pandered to the congregation of apes in the peanut gallery, on what was something that would have naturally evolved into being with or without the copious nut munching which occured, I have to say I'm delighted to hear the good news. Life in our cities, even if it takes a mishapen form such as Rourkey, is always a positive thing. Hopefully the streets of New Orleans and Chicago shall very soon become the mafiosa havens they once were. Throws on his favourite 'Marietta and Jimmy for Auth-zor' vintage t-shirt and wanders off to lay claim to a bottle of jack daniels in a local speakeasy |

It is great to hear that two fine cities that lay without families are finally going to be occupied. Business is Chicago and New Orleans had not been too bad but now i eagerly look forward to seeing these cities thrive even more. Good luck to whoever is chosen to occupy these fine cities. Lets make these cities great again! :) |

I just hope that the trucks dont get mixed up... I mean, imagine a Norleans cafe trying to sell Shrimp Gumbo with polish sausage instead of shrimp... and on the other side, the idea of Deep Dish Shrimp and Hot Pepper pizza well, it dont work well. |

| Very good idea, for this you will go down as one of the greats for sure, what I dont get though is, are you going to be moving whole crews over, or just selecting people here and there from all of the crews in Detroit to make new crews? | |
