The casino's could be a source of family income, each type is seperate in each state/city.

1. When dealer/owner goes bankrupt the better takes over for e.g. "The dealer bust with 24 you took over the "casinotype" in "location" from the previous owner "ownername" as they went bankrupt/ran out of money!

2. The person could still keep the casino so it stays as a family business, the maxbet will return to $0 on bankruptcy. 

With the latter the property will have to be killed for to takeover ofc.

This will also guarantee the circulation of in-game money.

i like casino's being owned by the gods they used to be player owned

It creates a bit of a monopoly for only a few people.  And would cause an "approved list" which would lead to murders just to get it.  It's happened before. 

it would however be interesting to have a investment idea applied to casino's for example a city or district could change the max bet with a investment and potentially take a cut on the winnings of the casino for a set period of time almost like bribing the casino owner

I'm new so I didn't know it's been implemented before but it could be limited to 1 casino per crew?

The Idea is Good . And to make crew owners per district . Profit from Casino's are shared through all family members depending from rank (casino loses also are shared ) Also you get your cut from Casino only after you were made man . That would also make a game more interesting because there would be more motivation to rise . Also because every district crew has their casino that would stop massive killing spree and wars + because profit is shared automatically that would kill family inner war . Also you can actually make an option to attack casino like HQ to steal money and upgrade casino defenses like HQ .
