Police

The main idea is to make police playable - dunno if anyone suggested it already

1)Would be nice for new people to decide either to go to police force or join a crew early one. And being a rat would be really bad that way because all i see right now ratting out people is something like an easy profit without mafia's revenge for ratting somebody out . 

The Mafia's structure is more or less good but mafia doesn't have any enemy's besides themselves but  making a strong police force would make people think twice before going and killing somebody or stealing robbing or doing crimes . 

2)Also Police could do some interrogation if they spotted somebody doing crime they contact a person and interrogate them to squeeze out some more info if not then arrest them (or not if you bribe them) .

 

3) Police ranks and some upgrades and etc. depend not only on money but also from catching mafia members

4)Make jail time more severe depending on crime a family member did from 1 min to 24 hours or more.

5) Police force doesn't know a family structure and thus while he doesn't have any evidence he will see a person as  a civilian or just an unknown gangster if he was convicted once .   

6) Crew or Even whole city mafia arrest if Police will have a full list of crime family (starting from crew reaching the mafia top hierarchy) If police knows every mafia member from top till bottom everyone in the city is arrested (if they have at least some evidence for every one of family members) But because it's almost impossible to accomplish Whole Mafia has to resign and start anew  (Money and Credits are safe only ranks in family and crew's destroyed also you have to rename your family after reorganization) 

Loans

And little bit about loans 

1) Make an option to give out loans to npc's for some money (you decide on what percentage but if it is too high or to very large sum chances increase that loan receiver will go to police and you lose you money and police will know that your a loanshark and you will be convicted.   

2) Also loans to mafia members like npc thing but here everything is made without police so if by chance somebody take's a loan and can't repay loan giver will have options starting from intimidation -> Beat up disabled for 1-2 hours -> Beat up and force him to pay you 50-90 % of his all income for every job (Like a crew tax but you should receive it automatically . -> If that person doesn't pay up anything for 7 day's Loan giver is given permission to kill that prick without family revenge.

Please make your suggestions to improve the structure of this suggestion. Make your votes and finally don't judge me so hard i know that those things are hard to reach and would consume a lot of time before implementing still its a shoot :) . And also i think implementing Loan thing wouldn't be so hard yet i don't know not a programmer :)

making the police playable would require a whole new version of the game, the game has been around for over a decade and it sems to be holding strong with no playable police

That maybe but implementing more and testing should improve player count now all i see it can get boring for new players quite fast . And should i add that some people just forget about this game  in first hour but making it more versatile and more challenging  could improve player situation . Plus if we are talking mafia then organized bank robberies that actually yield some profit .

Also weapons its as if you shoot with your finger there should be shops because money is actually needed for few things Hq maintenance and BG upkeep after that point money loses it value .   

This sounds grossly like mafia matrix.

this is a role playing game you can "wield" any gun you want theoretically in game, money never loses its value the ultimate goal is to get a GF HQ in your district and have every crewed member with the highest gun and the most fully trained bodyguards

Ive been around a long time Ive played a lot of games (not gonna mention names cause don't wanna advertise them) but this is just a mafia sided game there are others out there that cater to more options however they are really new compared to this game this game has a huge following sure it doesn't always have a noticeable influx of new players but rest assured this game concept wouldn't last over a decade if the players and what not weren't happy with it
