Don Guardian approaches the well dressed mafioso lingering on the street corner, whispering in his ear. The Don hands the guy $500, that should cover the cost of drawing a crowd from those that lurk on the street. The guy grabs his soapbox and starts gathering people round. "CHICAGO, CHICAGO. I present you the new Don of Chicago!! Guardian looks around, seeing only unfamiliar faces as he clears his throat and begins speaking... Well, what to say. Since I first set foot on these shores my heart has belonged to Detroit...that's right Detroit. However, after long discussions with Marietta, we feel it's time for me to MAN UP and take control of my own city! How can someone resist this opportunity? The truth is, they can't. Even less so when that city is Chicago, a city with such a deep history among our kind. Detroit will always hold a big part of my heart but it is time to look to the future, and my future is here in Chicago. The purpose of my coming to these streets isn't to wear you out with my plans for the city, nor is it a thank you to all the people that have played their part in me being here, that will be done in private where it belongs. No, this speech simply brings notice of change, for the better. A city steeped in such a rich past deserves more than to be sitting empty, used only for our explotation of the drug trade and occasional manhunt. Lots of blood has been spilt in the last few weeks, so it is time to start stabilising and rebuilding. Yes, we will build a new shiny HQ in the city but, more importantly, we will begin work on a new legacy in which the people of Chicago will all play their part. Personally, I cannot wait. I would also like to inform you, Stapled will be packing his bags and joining me in Chicago. Guardian tips his hat towards the gathered crowd and within seconds is on his way to the HQ building site. |

Its been an honor to work with everyone in Detroit and they will forever be a part of our family. Its been great working for you Don Guardian, we shall take Chicago to a whole nother level. Job well done boss now lets show them how its done. |

Slamming down his cigarette as he walked up, DrTran shook Guardian's hand proudly Congratulations sir. Do us and The Windy City Proud! I'm sure you will. As he turned to leave, DrTran flipped his new card to Guardian which stuck between the two front doors of the Don's new HQ... Call me if you need anything! ...but by the time he had pried the fancy new business card loose, DrTran was gone, a flash from his holstered .38 Special and a puff of smoke from a fresh cigarette the only signs he had ever stood there at all... |

My father and I have both worked very closely with you Don Guardian...it is sad to see you move out of detroit, but the best is still ahead of you and may up make Chi proud, may you bring it back to the place it belongs! Congrats and Good luck! old friend. Now RANK!!! |
