Otis wanders out of his Citadel, and addresses the crowd gathered around Ladies and gentlemen, I come out here today to make an announcement. I've known this man for a while now, I know what he is capable of, and I know he will do great things for the city of Philly. With that and the blessing of the Godfather of Philly, I present to you DonnieTheLionHeart. He will be my Captain in Philly, working with me to help bring further prosperity to this wonderful city. Please join me in congratulating him and wishing him the best. Otis tips his hat to Donnie and walks back into his Citadel, to resume his favorite thing, drinking |
