 Recruiting IS a real challenge with so many people at high ranks, then if you want to be selective as well and not just take anyone it becomes more so. While others have voiced concern about this contest causing a violent outbreak of some kind, and I'm inclined to agree that maybe an effect I don't necessarily think that a bit of a shakeup in this thing of ours would be a bad thing at this point from a stagnation point of view.

Having given my personal thoughts on that bit, I would like to go on record saying my family and myself will look forward to working with whoever comes out as Crew Leaders/Families here to build a better Las Vegas. Good luck to all those who enter the contest on the strip, welcome to Vegas!
