Mister Eisenhardt was also a capo within his organization. A capo is a man who will go down with his family should he know what's going on. Fortunately for Chekov, Sydney and perhaps Kittyhawk(?) Max wasn't around and was killed with ease.

Dandy, I understand you're new to these shores. You do realize that Don Chekov killed Replay, yes? All of Replay's members are to survive/die on his hands. If he wants to kill Max, who is going to stop him? It's HIS takedown. It doesn't affect the business of anyone else in these cities of ours.

He is the Paradise district head. His rules are law, but he doesn't have to follow such rules as others do. Perks of being a Don.

I agree with RollinBlade, every action has a reaction. Even if it doesn't happen within your city. 

I feel that this does affect every city, maybe some more than others but we are affected in one way or another.

North Side has not been informed and is not affected by the actions of Don Chekov of Club Paradise.

How does this affect you, your Godfather, your district, or your city at all?

I see you're still alive. You and your comrades are still pushing drugs and making money. Still killing bums off the street.

The death of Don Replay has no reaction to any city, other then Vegas. This isn't an opinionated thing either.

Every action does have a reaction. Replay wanted to kill Bosses Kittyhawk and Sydney. The reaction was Chekov killing him moments after the peace limit was reduced.

I have no ill will against Don Replay, as any would know if you knew my line, I'm an old friend of his a bit. I just think you two are heavily overreacting due to a friends death.
