The CL's gift page used to show what members didnt have perks so they could gift them - it had the unattended ability to tell who is a returning player by seeing that people had what perks. We have now removed the list, so it no longer shows what perks what people have so that they can maintain incog as a "new player".

As much as I can understand not wanting to give away incogs, how are we supposed to know who to give gifts to now? |
