When I said this is what was explained on the introduction of districts, I was referring to the fact that the center Godfather would be seen as the more powerful. Which was explained, and expected to come into play at some point. Yeah.

If you WANT to move districts, then yeah, you should have to pay for any captains that you want to bring with you. The admins are already paying for you to move, why should they pay for more that they aren't actually forcing you to do? If they were forcing you to move districts (they aren't, you could say no and have someone else there) then I would say they should pay for the cost of everything incurred in moving, but again, they aren't.

I've never said you aren't free to express opinions, express them all you like, until the cows come home if you please! Which brings me onto the whole 'Richer than God' thing you bring up. I'd just like to clear this up for you and any other people who think they know everything, when they clearly know fuck all. I didn't borrow the money from ANY other city. No borrowing of any money from any other city occurred. FACT. Here's how it came about.

It was also my 1 year 'anniversary' within a couple of days of this happening. For this, one single member (I won't reveal his name in case people bother him about how he made it.) sent me $400 million. I know it's unbelievable, I couldn't believe it myself at the time, but it happened.

The other $200 million came directly from Chicago. Therefore it was my money to begin with anyway. Could you please go through this and explain to me where any borrowing took place?
