The music is soft and relaxing, the chandeliers are glimmering in the light, and nothing but love and gratitude can be felt in the air. You make your way around the room mingling with some of Detroit's finest. Tonights special dinner is for the newly found Don of Detroit, DiggerRourke. DiggerRourke can be seen across the room, dressed in a brand new, finely taylored suit, talking with other family leaders of his hometown. In the midst of conversation the room goes silent and everyone adverts their attention to Diggrourke's right hand woman, HydroPhonic. Dressed in a fine imported dress, she begins to speak.
"I would like to thank you all for joining us on this very special occasion. Detroits own DiggerRourke has finally been promoted to Don. I for one believe that he has earned his place here in our society and at this point in time see no one that deserves this better. Starting out as a simple life civillian, Digger has worked his way to the top. With many failures and successes along the way, nothing could stop him.
Like many, this certainly was a battle for him, that I watched every step of the way lending a helping hand when and where I could. The untimely loss of Mr. MickeyRourke certainly was a set back, as for us all, but he managed to pull himself back together and kept working and fighting his way up under Hypno.
I certainly was excited to hear soon after that DiggerRourke had been authorized to open up a Head Quarters within Detroit and became even more excited to learn that I had been chosen as his Right Hand Woman. This gave me even more of a chance to work with this great man and this wonderful opportunity I have to speak on behalf of his glorious day. Digger has been a great leader, showing his abilities to all through the way he runs his family. His leadership skills still amaze me, the way he sits down to talk with every person that walks through his doors hoping to join with the family, and talks to them, gets to know them, and teaches them. Not a single member is over looked for their rank or usefulness. Digger finds a place for them in our society and helps them excel at what they do best.
DiggerRourke, you have certainly earned this. We are all very proud of you for what you have done for Detroit and expect many great things to come in the passing time. Your love and honor brings Detroit closer to perfection everyday.
