She steps out of the newly renovated Shoreside Hills home for the more senior of residents of our fine seven cities and smiles at those who are lingering after the grand opening speech Vicodin had made earlier. Wanting to draw more attention to herself she places her fingers in her lips and lets out the shrillest of whistles. Smiling sweetly as people turn their heads she begins to speak, her voice firm yet polite. Hello there, thank you for your time. I will make this short and sweet so as not to take up to much of your time. She coughs slightly to clear her throat. In regards to the current "Pick Pocket Status" of Los Angeles, since it's the in thing to do, I am declaring it a "Pick Pocket at your own risk" city until further notice. We as a city have not made any decisions to allow the free-for-all pick pocketing similar to Philly and New Orleans or to make it a non-pick pocketing friendly city as Guardian has announced Chicago to be. Prozac and I will be discussing the matter and making an official announcement soon. What does this mean? It means if you pick pocket in our city we will not intercede upon either the attacker or the victim's behalf. Their sponsoring family and crew rules will apply. You do so at your own risk. Who's pockets you stick your hands in is your own business. If you allow it, go you. If you do not, go you as well. It's a personal decision that should be made by those involved. As stated, Prozac and I will discuss this as soon as possible and make an announcement detailing our decision. She smiles and waves before turning toward her place of business to see Old Man Zebedee drooling into his dribble cup filled with The Pharmacy brand water. He eyes glazed over and a smile on his lips. She turns to face the crowd once again. Another satisfied customer. Giving a quick wave she rushes to help the feeble Zebedee back into the home. |
