As you were walking down of the streets of the windy city dealing drugs you notice someone standing on a soap box surronded by a big crowd whose numbers are increasing as time passes. You make your way through the crowd and you Find that guy on the box is The-Archangel, you decide to stay and listen to what he is saying.

i think that it would be great to think that people who are CL,S do desereve it, is this always the case, well i dont no? i would say 95% of CL,S that we have do deserve there status as a CL!!! as for the other 5%- KISS MY RING :) no but i think the people who are in the possition to auth the CL,S do so because they beleive that they are worthy of it so for me that is the most important thing, so if one of our higher ranking members auths a CL well then they also have my backing untill or if they prove it not to be the right decision. |

Steps up to the street where an interesting debate was forming. Whether or not the people who are currently in charge 'deserve' to be in charge is a huge huge huge debate that could be had. I guess it depends on what you consider 'deserve' to be. Coughs and lights a cigar, puffing on it for a moment he gets to his own opinion Personally I think that every leader who has been authed in the recent times has deserved it in one way or another, whether it was because they busted balls(or... well whatever), or whether their ancestors have proven worthy, all the leaders currently are doing stellar, but hey, what's my opinion worth these days |

I've always believed there's a reason for everything, there's a reason we have a Godmother who chose that this person got authed then that person chose who would be their captain and authed them. etc.. I've been to every city, and noticed how the shops and bars are ran, every CL, in my opinion are doing amazing jobs and running their crew the best they can. As to what makes someone deserve those titles, that all depends. Does it require runnin' the streets? Puttin work and rackin' up bodies on your trigger finger? Knowin' how to talk to a guy that's known to be hot headed and avoiding a war? It's not just one thing that makes someone worthy of being a crew leader, ask anyone who's willing to explain theirselves about why they authed so and so. I'd bet they won't just say "Because he's so friggin awesome!" |

Personally i feel i cannot judge a crewleader without being in their organisation so would be wrong to slate any leader. People do things that outsiders don't notice to earn their right to be crewleader and kudos to them. Personally i wanted a leader i could trust, would watch my back as i would his and who i could sit and have a laugh and joke with when the boredom hits in and i have that. All i say to people fishing for a leader is get on irc avenue and try and mix with some bosses before looking who to join. |

One becomes a crew leader or a captain or even a godfather through hard work and earning the--in most cases--respect and trust of his or her bosses. Whether or not someone deserves to be in one of these roles is not something that I would expect to see talked about so openly. Everyone is where they are for a reason, as Carmine so aptly mentioned. |

| I am going to have to agree with Little on this one. If their CL didn't think that they had what it took they wouldn't have made the new Auths. The people that got Authed deserved it, even if we can't really see why. The new Auths were necacary though because the family sizes got smaller so in order to be able to allow new people to our shores their needes to be more crews. | |

Well, Mr. Arcangel, as far as I'm concerned, whether the current CLs are deserve or not to be CLs is not yours to judge. It's their Bosses to decide. If they are authed, then their Bosses had decided. Period. |
