El_Nino walks out of the Chasseurs HQ on course to a meeting at city hall regarding some planning consents. He hears a familiar voice from above shouting one word DING, a smile appears on his face, he knows it requires a one word reply DONG. He the meeting is just a case of rubber stamping the deal but such is the life of a leader that you have to show face to get what you want at times.
Stopping on the steps, he looks about and notices a few people who he feels the need to address
Hello one and all.
Some of you know me personally, others by reputation. For the later 99% of it is lies put about by Acutie and RourkeyRourke trying to ruin my good name.
I come here today to announce the name of the latest Chicago family, though really what I have inherited is a smooth running machine following months of oiling and work by myself, Guardian and Silky-Slim.
We are to become The Outhere Brothers and my plan for the family is really very much the same shit but different day continuing building the city of Chicago on the foundations placed under the name of Guardians Chasseurs.
Im sorry this is short, but my city hall meeting starts soon and I really want rubber stamped my plans for the extension to our HQ building and the creation of a suprise.
