Frankie stands outside the Detroit bar holding a several pieces of paper in front of him preparing for his speech Ladies and Gentlemen of this world.. Although this is some what of a rare occasion, I stand here today to announce my new organization. It has come to my attention that on a few occasions, members of this world are being targeted before they have either reached a point in their life that they have learnt that they either need to be in a family to survive, or just gunned down for the sake of an extra name on a "Kill List" These people I speak to are those who have been in our world for less than 48 hours, we all know the rule, we're not monsters, we're business men and woman, yet some still think it's alright to take the sly shot. Frankie passes out maps to all those gathered around This here people, is a map to my new office, as you can see, it's a little far out from the HQ of Relentless, this is because I am acting alone and should anyone have a problem with it, I do not wish for my family name to be brought into it. However, moving on.. Frankie takes a quick scan around and catches an eye on a known felon who should have already been punished.. I open this office in the strictest of confidence, for anyone who happens to be walking by as a murder is being committed against one of these people in question, to hand me over a written statement that says you were there (i.e witness statement) I will offer a reward of $50,000 to each witness statement, not enough? perhaps we can negotiate.. All witness statements will be held of the strictest of confidence, I give you my word. Please Note: I will not be personally taking it in my own hands to punish the offenders, I will pass the information onto the appropriate person/people and all they will see is the witness statement, not who sent it to me. I choose to do this not because it's something to do, but because it's something I care about, the children are our future, if we keep killing them, our future is small, if we actually have one left. Veil looks at the reward Frankie is willing to give, looks at his notebook which has been blank since forever and thinks *Why don't people die where I am at!!* Walking up to Frankie, he notices a huge grin on Frankie's face Yeah Yeah, I know.. you go and laugh at my misery! Rewards just aint my thing my friend.. GREAT idea though! Veil leaves Frankie's agency HQ going on another adventure.. secretly hoping some lost youngster gets wacked right in front of him |

Custom pearl handle, that must have been expensive..all I got from my father when he died was a bad rep and $33,000,000 worth of debt, my father was an arsehole, just like me really, I just hide it better than he could..giggles |

You still can, he's somewhere off of the docks by the bottom of the ocean. Tell him i said hi. lol No choice? thats why everyone across town can hear you screaming "yes! LessThan, Yes! Tug Harder!!!" it doesnt bother me seeing the naked lower half of a woman walking about the city. would it bother you? |
