As KOOP approached the assembled crowd on his three wheeled tricycle, many gasped as they saw he was followed by a full detail of Knights of One Percent. On his right side was Archduke Abbey, and standing to his left was Baron The_Keywork. The crowd leaned forward as one, clamouring to hear what news would prompt such a grand entrance. Subjects; lend me your ears! I bring fantastic tidings from the Mafia Association of Poker, who plan to hold the most exclusive Poker Tourney ever seen on our shores! This one-off tournament does not require a M.A.P seeding, only that you are in a family; a prerequisite I'm sure you all fulfil! Excited? Confused? A little aroused perhaps? Listen on to hear the details of Las Vegas' latest grand plan! At this point KOOP's eyes searched for a familiar face in the crowd, it didn't take long before he found the Count of Cuteness standing out in the sea of faces. He threw a cheeky wink in the direction of his old friend before continuing, KOOP always got away with arguably camp gestures - comfortable as he was with his masculinity. Anyway, my peers and privy councillors, it shall happen like this. Each Crewleader will be given the choice to buy into the M.A.P 'Big Game' for a fee of $1,000,000. No one else will be allowed to buy into this Tourney other than Crewleaders, but each Crewleader will nominate 1 individual in their family to play the game on their family's behalf. KingOfOnePercent produces a scroll of parchment at this point, raising his voice by a few decibels as he reads out a list of Terms & Conditions. - For this tournament, a Crewleader is classed an individual with their own HQ (Rogues notwithstanding) and their family members are anyone who resides in this HQ. This means that Godfather Crews, standard Families and Captaincies are all separate entities. - No syndicate may have any more than one player representing them in this game. - The Crewleader's word is final. If s/he declines to participate, then their family will not be involved in proceedings. - 65% of the pot will go to the winner. - 25% of the pot will go to the runner up. - The remaining 10% of the pot will disappear into the Las Vegas Coffers. As yet, we will not be setting a date for this Tourney. Once we have an indication of which Families are interested and when their chosen nominees are available, a suitable time and date will be scheduled. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me. Without further dilly-dallying, KingOfOnePercent remounted his trusty three wheeled unicycle and rode away, followed by a grand procession of followers. |

This is an very interesting tournament I would love to participate in. As the CL has to pick just one individual it would be nice to know when this tournament will take place? (Please answer in mafiatime) As we're dealing with a lot of different time zone's this information is definately crucial to pick the right participant. Also, please do inform us of the entertainment that will be provided during this evening, for example I would like to request VivaLaTeQ to sing for us on ventrilo. As ever, Scipita |

Thanks -Skorpeon- I did read that, but perhaps I did not formulate my question more clearly. I ment what time? Since I am from Europe it could be tricky for me to participate in a tournament held like 8pm USA time as that would be in the middle of the night for me. So my question is, is there any idea if this will be held USA or EU time? |

Scipita, It seems you haven't read this clearly enough. It states that once there are nominees, at that point they will make a time. Knowing KOOP as I do, If your a nominee for your family, then he will mail you and ask you what times are best for you. Then he will do the same to the others, and finally make a time. But as of right now, there is no time. I play with people from Europe, and I am from the states. SO it is all possible. |

Fridge my man, it is obvious our past lives have been lived in front of the coliseum of Rome! To be honest 1million bucks is not an awful lot of money for a Leader or a Godfather to lose, but a valuable high ranking member is, now that would be a nervy play to make.... "Call or Raise Mr Don" :) but yes i can not see this going a head much we can dream |

Allright Skorpeon, thanks for the explanation. Please do note that it's not a lack of not reading carefully, I miss interpertated (sp?) that's all. It also stated something among the lines of not hestitating to ask if there were any concerns etc etc so I did. Anyway... Is VivaLaTeQ booked yet? |

| Just to clarify; once we know who will be participating, we'll set a time that caters to the majority, as frankly I cannot see there being a 'perfect' time what with everyone keeping different time zones. | |

Just thought I'd bring this news back to the fore! Although quite a few families have expressed their interest in this tourney, not a lot have actually made the commitment. If you do want to participate, I am going to need definite answers fairly soon. |
