Frankie slowly walks to out of his New York head quarters, by his side is his Right Hand and a few steps behind is the GodFather of Chicago. Ladies and Gentlemen, It has been a while that I have come to the streets to speak, you may know that I am a man of little words. However, when I do come out to speak I try to make it good! I know some of you have been wondering what, if anything, is going to happen in the city of NY. I have been in discussions with my RH for sometime now, talks about what would be best and most beneficial to DLS. You all also, may have noticed that in current times, change and new ideas are the way. Leaders are implementing ideas and bringing business to our streets that were never seen before, like the promotion business offered by Godfather ThomasRourke, as well as, the innovative control of two cities by GodFather JimmyTheLionHeart. We saw this as a "change is good". It's with this in mind, that I have decided to attempt to make the folks of this community to continue to scratch their head and obviously bring to you all one more change. Always thinking of what's best to my family, I made contact with GodFather Guardian and proposed him a deal. After many hours of negotiation, we have come to an agreement and that's why I am here. Looking to Guardian and getting the nod, Frankie continues. I'm glad to announce that the DLS family will be moving to the city of Chicago, to work under GodFather Guardian. New York is still open for travel. However, it is now under the control of Chicago. Godfather Guardian will be to the streets shortly to talk about our plans for New York. So stand by for that. I guess the only thing left for me is to have my name added to the list of Chicago's Recruitment Scheme. Frankie tips his hat the the audience Good Day |

It seems everyone wants to go to Chicago.. ! The wind? The women? Some new Casinos I have never been too?? Cav die there? Silky-Slim's ghost? Pulls the lever back on the slot machine.. in good ol' Las Vegas and smiles Enjoy Chicago, and thanks to your family moving it seems we will have an interesting plan take action in NY, and it will be a pleasure to watch. Our bloodlines have crossed paths and worked together over the years so I am looking forward to keeping that trend going. This is great for The Windy City and I look forward to see the developments for New York in the future. |

However unexpected this move is, as touched on by others, it's refreshing to see a CL genuinely put family future as a priority, possibly to the detriment of personal gain/rank down the line. Best of luck to you and your family, Frankie, welcome to Chicago. |

It's not a surprise to me Frankie that you put your family before yourself. I've known your blood line for some time now and I believe these traits you're showing here is what makes your blood line famous. I told myself that I would stay away from this circus (aka the streets), but I had to come out and applaud your actions. It's going to be a pleasure working with you sir, especially your RHM. |
