The documentary Biggie 7 Tupac was much better, and shows a more balanced account, so Tupac doesn't appear as "in the shade" as you put it.

Horrible movie, biggie sucks. i recommend Bloods vs Crips Made in America is an amazing doc. Its about real life not some fake rap war

the movie was ok but wasnt all that only reason there was a movie about biggie was cause of p diddy wanting to do it  i bet not any of what the movie made went to his mother or his son  that played him in the beginning of the movie or his other kids or faith  you dont see no movie being made about 2pac and he was the better of the bunch

The movie was wack if you're in the know, but if you dont know anything about Big or the rap game at all then it gives you at least an idea of what went down. In terms of peoples personal opinion on who is or isnt better you just have to ask yourself exactly what is it one is or isnt better at. Pac was a poet and an exceptional artist. He learned what sold and learned how to promote himself, well. Was Pac a master rapper/lyricist? No. He had some good songs and albums but his overall body of works suggest he was an average MC and certainly couldnt battle any one good in a freestyle and win. That just wasnt his game. So when it comes to just pickin up a mic and spittin, Pac isnt anywhere near Bigs league. Big could spit for days and do it a number of styles.
