Perhaps a drop down menu that is compulsory to fill in before a mail is sent? -Business -Private (CL) -Casual -Urgent I think that covers all possible topics, and is ideal for CL's. When I'm in a hurry or on my phone, I'd rather not go through every "No Topic" before I find what I should have got to first. |
