Chicago laws Started by: Sal_Pirazzi on Mar 13, '09 04:37
A young tall yet very handsome well built man step's out into the open as the carnage from the war ends. He lights a handmade Cuban cigar and lights it with a match. He takes a drag then exhales a large puff of smoke. Then he begins to speak to those that are standing around in the streets talking about the war and those that just came from Ellis Island looking for a place to stay and call home.

Excuse me please. Excuse me I'm hoping that someone can answer my questions now that regimes and dynasties have ended and alas new ones began. Chicago is it Pick pocket free/friendly or not? I know that a hierarchy must first be established and we should ask first before we start to PP someone. I do agree and understand that part of it after all who wants another war, but the last law said Not in Chicago.

He takes another drag from is cigar and gazes at the people nodding their heads wondering about the same question as the smoke he exhaled dissipates. He smiles and begins to speak again

I know this question is not at the top of the list but I asked and the reply I received is we can't it's the law.

My reply back was; who are the law makers? Are they not deceased? When there are no law makers then there are no enforces of said law. Anarchy must not be the start of what was once a City of excitement and of business, and trust me this is about business.

the man then walks over to a news stand and get his shoes shined while he waits for a news paper to release a breaking story on who's who in NYC and Chicago

I thought all laws made were gone as there is no crew in the city it should be the same as NY

Pick pocket at your own risk or ask first

Yea, Alphonse is right, technically, there is no authority in NY or Chicago right now, so its a PP at your own risk.

The decree of no pickpocketing whatsoever within the Chicago city limits came down from Guardian and was enforced by his gun. Obviously he's no longer around to shoot anyone if they pickpocket in Chicago. On the other hand, I'm sure that all of the family heads have their own procedure for dealing with pickpocketing and it's never a good idea to ignore those mandates.

yeah, Sal, Sayyid couldn't have stated that more perfectly.
