We will be revising the hitlist to the following: To place a hit on another player, you must be in a crew and gangster+ To place an anonymous hit on another player, you will pay 25% of the hit's cost as a fee for anonymous, or 100k, whichever is greater. You will no longer need to refresh the hit for it to stay up.
To buy off the hit, you will pay 125% of the listed price (the same price as the lister paid). |

A few days, our priorities have switched to going through the backups and correcting XP for the jails, and then going through the logs to find the rest of the scripters. After that, we can resume our normal coding :) |

Long story short, when we made this change, it grandfathered in hits that were currently up on the hitlist. So the code required a "and the ID is greater than 10000" type thing. Well, when we had the crash, when the hitlist database was recreated, it started back at 0, so all the hits appeared to be from prior to the change, so it gave it the renew option :) |
