Not one to jump on the bandwagon.  Not one to look to getting points over something so morbid, hence in outside forum.

Earlier this week Susan passed away, some of you knew her as Sue, some Alessia and others knew her as Susan.

Below is a direct copy from Travis breaking the sad news:

For those that knew her, I just want to let you know that this week we lost one of our own. Alessia passed away in bed earlier this week. She'd been fighting for a while, and it seems her time had finally come. RIP Alessia. RIP Sue. RIP my second mother. You will be missed.

Such sad news, I loved Susan, she was always mothering me. I echo what Squishy has in said sad that you are her no longer but free forever rest well my dear.

Wow. Such a shame hear. Was amongst one of the greatest years ago. Her presence was always welcoming. Rest in peace Susan.

I still can't quite believe it. It seems more and more as the years go by we lose more and more fantastic people and let me tell you, it's not getting any easier.

Susan was always a force amongst us older generations on here. Forever a presence to be respected and liked and always had an opinion that was worth hearing while at the same time always being there for you when things didn't go exactly right. The kind of person that you just felt right confiding and trusting in. 

Rest In Peace, Susan. I'll never forget the help, listening ears and friendship you gave me and many others over the years. 

I met Alessia sometime back in '07-'08. We didn't talk very much initially, think it was around the time admins were experimenting with the cycles that I really got to know her. She was my RH in fact. She was so supportive and worked her ass of to show me the ropes. I ended up leaving MR for a few years and really didn't keep in touch. Now I wish I had. She was one of my best friends in the early years and I will miss her immensely. Rest in Peace, Susan.

Considering how she fought through her own problems she really didn't need to take on anyone elses. But she always did and she did so happily. That shows what a wonderful person she was.

I didn't talk to her recently. I didn't know if she was knocking about. It's a shame we didn't get back in touch as she was truly one of the game greats when you look at her presence.

Rest well, if not for you I wouldn't have met the amazing people I've met on here this past year. You were the reason I've enjoyed MR for the past year because you were the one who recruited me when I came back and for that I will always love you dearly. Not to mention you were always sweet to everyone and a joy to be around.

I've known you from the first day I started playing MR. You taught me a lot of things and was always ready to help. Everytime I come back, you always remembered my first character. :)

Rest in peace Alessia!
