Sao and Munchkin are walking down the mean streets of New Orleans arm and arm. They are coming from a movie and dinner and are on their way to Munchkins house so Sao can say goodnight. Little does Munchkin know, Sao has other plans before they reach her home. As they pass a large group of people, Sao finds this place to be fit for what he is about to do. Sao stops and due to being locked arms with Munchkin she’s pulled back and swung around and faces him. Munchkin…there has been something I’ve been dying to ask you all evening. I’m not really expecting the answer I want, but I figured I would give it a shot anyway. We haven’t known each other all that long, but I feel that I have known you my entire life. You make me smile when my skies are grey, and make me laugh when I’m in the worst of moods. As a man walks by the couple, Sao trips the man and takes his jacket. He lays it on the ground to prevent the water from the rain to ruin his nice pair of pants. He gets down on one knee and pulls out a small-ish box from his pocket. Munchkin… He opens the box to her revealing an engagement onion ring… Will you make me the happiest Sao in our land and do me the honor of marrying me…? He sits there for a few seconds holding the onion ring in Munchkins direction waiting for a response from her… |

Munchkin stands in shock at the proposal. Not really sure how to properly proceed. She thinks long and hard before opening her mouth to finally answer. Sao in the short time we have been spending time together you have been a complete gentleman. I have enjoyed every minute of our conversations. Tonight as I am sure you are well aware has been a rollercoaster ride for me and it is with a heavy heart I answer you now. I am sorry Sao. I think it is best we grow our friendship more and not take things to another level at this time. Munchkin gives Sao a huge hug and hope he will be okay with her answer and still consider her a friend. |

He stands up and takes a bite into the onion ring. Figures...well I'm off to go buy some booze. He walks off towards the nearest liquor store. |

Sitting on a bench nearby Higgs listens to the conversation at hand. That's so sad, the onion ring should have sealed the deal for sure. Gets up and follows Sao to the store, thinking liquor sounds really good right now. |

As he makes his way to the liqour store he sees a little kid giving him a weird look. Take a picture, it'll last longer... He kicks the kid over and continues on his way. |
