Please tell me this is a joke right. I was just reading up on my news stories and I found this a very interesting metaphor for what happens when families want to grow very quickly. They get invaded by snakes - Now I don't live in Canada but still..........

In real mob families you have to seriously vet who you let in the family. You know their past their history and you definitely know their family. You don't just let a random Joe who's done a few jobs into the fold and entrust your headquarters and the family structure to them.

Garter snakes are harmless, i've kept a few over the years. Still, think I would shit my pants if I found over 100 in my house.. not that there is much danger of that in Scotland mind.

Imagine them crawling thru your sheets and that cold, scaly, thin, whip action movement fluttering under your bed sheets.

When you kick it they just bite you and as you scream and lift up the sheets you see a dozen "harmless" garter snakes running amok.

Yeah no thanks. Maria you should buy some ferrets as pets and keep them with you at all times.

They love to eat snakes and are cute to boot. Maybe they like cake just like you. All I know is it would be amazing to see you walking around town with them on cute leather leashes. You can give them funny names too and they could get in all sorts of trouble.

I'd have to sell the house.  I hate snakes so bad I might not sleep tonight thinking about that house in Canada with 102 snakes in it.  I kill every snake I ever come across.....just to do my part in ridding the planet of them.

Lol, I wouldn't expect snakes to invade your home but that would be horrible and make me never want to live in that house again.
