"Sorry about that. As I was saying I have an announcement to make. Philly's latest mob boss Rusko had a meeting earlier today with our godfather JimmyTheLionHeart. This meeting must of went well as when Rusko left the office and looked at me he told me "He made me a don".
"So it is my greatest pleasure to let you all know that Rusko has ascended to the rank of don."
"Congratulations Boss."
