Tither makes his way out to the middle of Main Street Detroit right in front of the Reckless Headquarters and knocks over a crate to make an announcement. Ahm! Ahm! Can I have your attention please. The People seemed content to carry on their business without paying any mind to the little known Wise Guy. Annoyed by people's such lapse in concentration, Tither takes out his gun and shoots a couple of shots in the air...BANG! BANG! Finally silence ensues and the people of the Detroit gather around. It was only yesterday I had come to Detroit to attend father's funeral after the Head of Reckless, DiggerRourke, had fallen in the God Father War. The streets were filled with blood, anger, sorrow and doubt. Many CL's had lost their lives and many a homeless walked the streets, but its said the best always persevere in testing times. It was almost an immediate reaction after the War that Marietta the God Mother of Detroit offered HydroPhonic, my father's former RHM, to setup an HQ. Without any doubt she has faced and tackled all obstacles head-on since the war. In her short stint as CL of Reckless she has seen atleast 4 members of Reckless take up jobs as Hands in other cities to help the rebuilding effort, her authority, devotion and resilience towards and for the family is unparalleled, not to mention her many other accomplishments as RHM of Reckless. Father always held her in high regard, I remember when he first asked her to be his RHM. There were many skeptics to that action, but as always she proved the skeptics wrong. Father always said "When my time comes to end, she will certainly step up to the plate and take her well deserved place at the helm." That day has come miss Hydro... Mobsters of the Seven cities without further ado, I present to you Don HydroPhonic! Tither takes a Champagne bottle from one of his Bg's and pours himself a glass and raises a toast. To a deserving friend, a honored mentor and among all a superb boss! Congratulations Don HydroPhonic!!! |

HydroPhonic, this is indeed a great day for Detroit! You've done fantasicaly well and deserve this honour. When you stepped up to the position of crew leader, you had left nobody in doubt that you were going to be a success. Your time as Digger's RH proved that to everyone, and now that you have stepped into his shoes, you've led a fmaily though a giant rebuilding process. Congratulations and Salut!! |

Maam I know you worked hard to achieve this position in our criminal world and for that you must be respected. Don is a rank that not a lot have achieved in the past, but is becoming more and more these days but as a man who has put some time in, it is a ton of work!! Raises his glass in the air and smiles Congrats on Don, you deserve it and dont let anyone else ruin it for you. |
