We have added a bit of functionality to the ignore list. Now when you ignore someone it blocks mobmails, notes in credit\bank transfers and @Tag notifications in forums. Ignored people can still send you a bank\credit transfer, they are just unable to include a note. Also, @Tag notifications will still create a link, you will just not get a personal message.
