TM steps out into the streets right in front of his new Office, as he walks up to the podium several of his men stand watch. TM stands in front of the crowd that has gathered he pauses for just a moment to take a look around him and speaks
Ladies and Gentlemen. I am honored today to have received a great responsibility. One that I will not take lightly. I plan to use every thing in my power for the goodness of the family. I plan to live up to Don Nicky’s standards and the path that has be paved for me. Ladies and Gentlemen I have received an opportunity to stand at Nicky’s side as his captain. I know I will put forth 110%.
I would like thank to the people that have gotten me here, my boss Nicky, my Godmother Marietta and all of whom have helped me now and in the past whom have watched me grow into the mobster I am today. I give my thanks and out most respect.
As for Chicago I see a future of prosperity that shall last for a long time to come. I know under the watch of Nicky the city itself will grow, and with myself assisting its operations I can only say I can’t wait to see this city grow and become vibrant like it once was.

I believe you are already successfully following in Don Nicky's footsteps.
Don Nicky's 67 street appearances in the last four and a half months amount to about one street appearance every two days.
Your 16 street appearances in 38 days amount to about one street appearance every two and a half days.
You have a little catching up to do, but I would say that you are well on your way to becoming just like your mentor. Let it never be said that street activity is important around here. You two have proven that it is completely irrelevant to success. |

Congratulations TM on your auth, but I do have my doubts. Are your lips sealed shut? How can you represent a family in the streets, if you never speak? You may have done wonders inside of the KCS, but the job of Crew Leader is all about perception. And you look like a mute, and we don't need more of those around... |

Despite the frosty congratulations at the hands of one of my Dons, I myself and extremely pleased to see you take this step forward, TM.
