SA swimming really won it for me becaseu in GTA when ever you would go into any water you just died which sucked casue most times you could have swam but now you can

San Andreas, its one of the best games on this planet

Gta IV sucked donkey dick though. Hope the next one is better which i hear is set for release in late 2010.

That's bullshit, the next GTA isn't do for years.

SA was my favourite by far, VC was awesome to but the new features like swimming was great in SA.

GTA san andreas cuz they had cooler weapons and more vehicles. it was just a good story line too.

Vice city redefined the games industry, it brought back all the 80's soundtrack, i know a lot of you might not have noticed that, but if you think about it, when you first started hearing those 80's remixes it was because that game brought them back. VC also had a much better story that was much more believable, CJ flying Harrier Jump Jets? Fun...but a really cheap attempt at adding cool features. And personally for me the whole environment of Vice City, the lighting, the weather, the buildings, the clothes, the soundtrack etc really made that game for me.
