Should be a varying scale of punishment, first time DD second time lose credits perks etc, Should be adjusted to fit the crime. at the most it is MAFIA RETURNS;

highly disagree with this (mostly cause it hurts my eyes) but not only is this just a stupid idea to take away things not related to a character but they already can get banned which is basically removing their credits and perks so your basically suggesting something that already exists

if your banned for 6 months your credits are basically gone for the entirety of the ban.....

I believe if was various punishments set out this way for all to see depending on the times re-offending, people would think about what they are going to do more and what may lose.
