Tommy entered the streets of Detroit. His white hair shimmered as the sunlight hit it, his manner of dress quite odd: a coat with a mixture of black and silver, with three interlocking circles symbolizing past, present, and future, over a dress suit with formal black pants and shoes, four white buttons kept the coat together. His blues eyes twinkling with curiosity and experience, his stride gave away a person of hardship and adventure, a confident step. White gloves with the same symbol on them covered his hands, which held a black duffel bag slung across his shoulder. A hood covered most of his face leaving only his eyes, nose, and mouth showing.

He seemed to be wandering aimlessly, oblivious to the strange looks he was getting from some of the crowd, but he was looking at his competitors in business. He was studying their strengths and weaknesses, sizing them up before he set up shop in a location of his choosing and try to run someone out of business. It was nothing personal, it was just good business. He stopped at various shops which featured everything from drugs to new suits to crackdowns. He checked various items, their prices, and overall quality, to see if there was any inflation occurring, or a drop in quality suppliers. A few of the stores did not have everything which they should have had; he gave his card to those stores. Offering his skills to supply some of the things they did not have for a set period time at an average price per load.

He believed in the old business adage, 'Location, location, location', Finding a suitable spot near the main roadway, he set down his bag and took out his pricelist. He made a serious of movements, and the bag unrolled into a mat which displayed a mixture of curiosities and essential items. What was odd was that another duffel bag appeared behind him, you could call it his back room for most stores. As he put a few finishing touches on his display he sat back and laid his head on the other duffle bag, and began his wait for customers. A few curious people came to look, some of them bought a few things, but his stand was relatively unknown to most shoppers for now.
