The wind whipped through Winter's hair. Messing up her curls as she tried to place them down. She had landed in the nearly empty city of Philadelphia. Her eyes quickly fixated with the ghosts of the city. Their hopes and dreams had long ago been lost. Shuddering as the cold sliced through her clothing she pulled her fur cloak tighter around her.

Setting off to wander about the city. Her thoughts were quickly interrupted as people approached her. Her eyes would narrow and turn dead cold as she listened to their attempts of recruitment. Her mother had warned her of this, and she was informed of how there would always be people searching for the next member. What really concerned Winter was would she just be another number amongst the ranks? Someone to kill off just for the chuckles? The thought that she could figure that out with a simple hello was absurd.

Winter knew what she craved the most out of this world and simply being cannon fodder would never do. She had her sights set on making a difference in some way in this world. All it took was a small sliver of hope. She was not a yes man by any means. She was strong and she was fully capable.

With her renewed strength she looked directly at the next person to approach her. Looking them squarely in the eye as she spoke.

"What makes you so much different from everyone else?"

With that one question she wondered if anyone would have the gall to place a simple hello once more. Her eyes burned with the irritation that she felt. The cold nearly consuming her with its ice cold resolve.

Arrow as all bundled up for the cold weather. He had a heavy coat with his hood up and quiver on his back. Climbing down from the rooftop he heard her question.  Approaching cautiously, 

"I would have to say it is who you know that keeps you alive mostly. I know I would think I should have been shot down couple times but here I stand in front of you now."

The_Dutchman, being a man with some life experience and years of experience with the colder European countries, listens to what Winter has to say about Winter. Hmm wait... lol?

"Hmm. I don't see me any more different or more special then any fellow mobster in this world of ours. Besides, people die all the time from the most variety of causes, let alone people themselves... Nature is a powerful entity, one we cannot deny, change or defeat. Of course you can hire many protectors around you, you can get yourself as safe as possible, and yet you will have to eat and drink. You could choke on your meal and you'll still be gone... Trip over something and break your neck."

The_Dutchman takes a moment to take a flask out of his jacket, and he takes a sip.

"Talking about heartwarming things... Heheh" He Chuckles
"I know this isn't the most enjoyable subject to discuss about, but accept it, we all take certain risks in life which coulf mean our end. Certainly in this world of ours where things can escalate quickly and are dealt with, with certain discipline. To me, nobody is more special or any different in the end, everybody has to face that one moment some day..."

Having shared his opinion, The_Dutchman takes another sip and awaits possible other opinions about Winter's question
