Just a modification to the OC's.. If someone invites you to a OC and runs one after you do, you should be able to send them an invite to your job. The thought being that if someone had just run a op with you, you'd trust them to help out on your own.

This could extend to all members of said OC as well, in my opinion.
 

you can once their timer is open, removing the timers would just allow for a massive spree of oc's without wait times (if your suggesting removing timers)

I feel it makes sense Because after you a job with someone

You would get to trust them and So on

Liem, if you came to Chi and ran an OC, you could invite me, after wards, without this, i couldnt invite you... My suggestion is that i be able to invite you because i went on an OC you ran recently.
