Personally, I think it's a good idea. Prior to Durdens being able to accept hits, I would probably have been a detractor, but since simply leaving a hit up is no longer a viable option, I think there should be some sort of risk to balance out the Durden acceptance aspect.

Where historically, people would scoff at the thought of accepting a very small reward, Tyler and Co will work for pennies, provided the hit has remained in place for long enough, so the hitlist has now become a way of proxy killing with absolutely zero risk.

As long as the hit-lister is persistent enough, the sum offered is almost entirely irrelevant, which shouldnt be the case IMO.
