Doc Santoro steps out of his car outside of Redemption's HQ. While fighting through the mass amounts of people, he walks over to the soapbox that was recently set up by his associates.
"Friends and family, we are gathered here in front of the HQ to present our newest Don in Detroit. Cruel!"
He points over to his Don and motions for him to come up on stage.
"Congratulations, my friend. You have been nothing but a great mentor and friend to me. It's an honor to be up here with you."

Today was a good day for Frankie, he had worked under Cruel in The Gato Regime, and now again in Redemption, it was nice to see this man that he admired profiting from his toils in these streets. Frankie merely tipped his hat to Cruel in Congratulations, and strolled off to make the best of the sunlight that was outside, there was money to be made. |
