Right now only the Family head's can Recruit New member's into their Family's But the Family head's Cant always be Online as for we have diffrent time Zone's ect.... So why not Have Say 2-6 members depending on the Family size have the ability to recruit new members into their Familys maybe they Could Get a Limit 5 members maybe. This Special Ability can only be Given to Say mademen and above being that they are Real Family members. This brings A little More reality to the game because it in a way related to Vouching as they Did back in these times. here's how the Number of Family recuilters could be setup based on Size of the Family. 1-25(1-3) 25-50(1-6) Tell me what you guys think. ~Lucky~ |

| Makes it more like real life, the boss isnt always the only one recruiting, he has final say but it would be a nice idea if some one else can recruit and send invite subject to the boss approval. | |

There are three people in the crew in charge of recruiting. Because letting others into the family without one of their consent is bad. If, between the three of them, no one is on then you are SOL. It is much more realistic that way. Plus there is the associate thing coming along. The reason it is bad to give that option to other crew members is that sometimes bad people try to get into crews to cause havoc. Wouldn't it be nice if you can just blame the upper management instead of getting killed because your invite ended up being an interloper with bad intentions for the family? Exactly. |

What havoc Could be done by Thugs? only thing they Could do is Spam the threads or talk shit to the Other mobsters. But thats where the trust and good choice making thing comes in. A good leader wouldn't Pick someone who doesnt know how to choose Down to earth Member's.. But the Only members we get now days are People new to the Game and so far Out of the Say 50 that joined only about 3 turned out for the worst. Meaning did something Bad dont see no havoc in that just some newbies not Fully understanding this "thing of ours" But very good point Sir i see where your going with this maybe The Invite sent to the Associate could go through a pending stage in which they would have to be accepted by a Family head. |

You are thinking too much short game. I assure you there are many ways that one can assist the downfall of a family if you gain entry to their family and gain their trust. I have seen it done many times before. Someone with a grudge will enter a family and pretend to be someone else until opportunity opens up for them to do something nasty like start try to start a war or go off and rogue. Or maybe they are rats? Enemy spies. Many things contained in an HQ are things that would be useful to another faction in a war. There's other things too. This is the kind of stuff that some people do. It is important for some small level of trust to be formed between the heads and the applicants. That is why most applicants are asked their previous account names. Now while this stuff will happen regardless, having such things happen from an invite not given by upper structure would look very bad on the invitees record would it not? If such things were seen by a boss they might suspect the person who let them in to the family if they aren't a RH or LH. |
