I was sitting in a caf had my espresso and a cigarette. I've been reading lots of books lately. I was never very educated, too expensive. That's what my father always said. Now I've found books very interesting and I've been reading lots. These books always kept me focused and inspired me a lot which actually brought me to a good idea. I want to share my passion of reading and so I've decided to start the Gato Publishing Ltd.. And today I want to present you what I've planned.

If you like to write stories, comedy, drama or lovestories, fictional or non-fictional the Gato Publishing Ltd. is the right place to go.


I am offering you a chance to earn money with something you like to do. If you want to do so, send me a written story. Write it down and send it to me. I will go through it and if I like it I will offer you a price for the rights of that story.


If you accept the money, the rights of the story are mine, this means your story now belongs to me. Of course I do understand if you don't want that, but there's nothing we can't talk about. If I decide to publish one of the stories you wrote you will receive an extra bonus payment.


Of course the authors name will remain to the story as it's your work. If my assistents or myself have edited the story it will - of course - be mentioned aswell.

I will pay for the article, not the amount of words. The price can vary.

Can we pick our own editors?




In the beginning of the business I will choose who's editing. When I employ more editors this can be put in place.

Do you accept other forms of published material such as cartoons?




I will accept anything I can print and which gets my approval. This includes: Cartoons, Stories, News Articles etc.

Is there a length of time before rights are returned to the author?




When it hasn't been published the rights will return to the author after two weeks otherwise right after it has been published by Gato Publishing Ltd.

To whom are our rights given if the publisher passes away or the publishing house goes out of business?




The rights will go back to the author if the publisher dies or the Gato Publishing Ltd. is out of business.
