A while ago, we changed HQ wack to basically be more like a timerless regular wack following regular wack rules. We have just made a change that allows you to HQ wack a thug in your crew, it is no longer limited to gangster+. |

i must admit it was frustrating at stages knowing the most could do was drop a thug or wait till they turn. |

Apparently an offline thug can not be HQ wacked with out being hitlisted first, but a thug is also too young to hitlist. |

Just as an addendum, if you demote someone to gangster and try to HQ them offline you need to hitlist them. I was also getting the "too young to hitlist" message in this scenario.
This may have been fixed with the Thug change though! |
