We have put in place a new structure for the cost of new players doing jobs for your crew. (What they get payed is still the same.)

1st and 2nd Job: $0 each
3rd Job: $15,000
4th through 10th job: $500 each

This was done for a few reasons, first and foremost, we wanted to increase the cost to encourage people to actually contact those who do work for their crew. Second, This will make the cost of the job board a little more equal between those who only do 3 jobs and those who want to do more. Third, this deters people from doing the first two jobs for as many crews as possible in order to be a jerk because now they must do the 3rd job and show up on the jobs page in order to cost your crew anything. 

Also, the job page for crews has been cleaned up and improved a little bit. Any suggestions to make it better\more useful are always welcome.
