Well lets see, The_Messiah, and FridgeRevenge are dead. What a loss to the community right there. What some people here need to do is take a step back and realize that this is A Game OMFG...SAY WHAT!!! Its not real life folks, although some of us put more time into our lives here, then we do in our actual lives. (I am guilty of that). When someone decides that maybe they are putting to much time into something that is basically meaningless, there are a couple things that they can do. 1)What Prozac just did, and peacefully retire...(LAME!!! We are pretending to be in the Mafia here) 2)What LouisGato and Sal_Giaquinto did, and disband their families and then live out there days as members of another family. (Again LAME!!!!) 3)What FridgeRevenge did and decide to try to take at least 1 other leader down with him. Contrary to popular belief I didn't choose The_Messiah randomly, I chose him because he was just as useless as I was, plus the fact that he was such an amazing person, he had to pay to have a family. Woo Hoo, you all weep for him, and yet his funeral is so packed I can't even see the casket. (By the way this is still a LAME way to go out, but at least he went out fighting for what he believed in.) This leads me to my final point. Alright FridgeRevenge is dead, and along with that the De Luca Crime Family. I am sick of getting messages from people telling me that ThomasRourke is giving them shit about accepting people from Philly, that were in my family, killed, and have now returned. My understanding was that once your character was killed, you are then able to start a fresh. You should be able to either: A) Come back acting the same way you did before you died. With the same ideals that your Father/Mother had. In that case you should be held accountable for those ideals. B) You come back and like the good GF Marietta posted about, you create a completely new life for your new character, one that is completely fresh, a blank canvas that you are free to paint however you would like. This is where things get a little iffy, how can you be free to do the second if there are people that aren't willing to give you a chance. Everyone always spits on Civvies-Wise Guys that voice their opinions. Always shun them as being low ranking and thus meaningless, so shouldn't that mean you should give someone a chance regardless of their bloodline or family history. I know it is preached to be this way, but the events of today have proven otherwise...so come on now, if you are going to preach things as a certain way, then try to live up to them. Walks away certain that this shall fall on deaf ears O well take it or leave it I don't care, I said my piece and that is that. |

Cause I like to bask in the wealth of my father...he was a generous man...well at least to me he was. Scipita, you aren't getting my money and I assure you it will be gone soon, blackjack is sure sounding like the right thing to waste 20mil on to me. Marietta I put it here cause the Outside is really for anything. Thomas...right...whatever you tell yourself to help you sleep at night. Dontcha wish that gun of yours could shoot a civvie??? |

StJimmy, other ways out of this life may be lame in your eyes. However, spare a thought for those of us who arnt ready to throw in the towel just yet yeah? I respected you as a leader. Your wife, also a great player. A few words before taking the actions you chose today would have been nice though. Was there any thought for your family or your fellow Philly families before you decided to effectively rogue? Unlikely. And that is why today's events are so sad for me. |

L O L. Lame? Abandoning the family you were authed to protect just for potshots at someone you don't "like". Yeah, I'd say that's the lamest. At least Gato and Prozac made sure their family was safe. As for all the other shit you're trying to.. justify?: If you felt like "ranting as a civvie" was annoying (etc.), then why didn't you rant when you had a Consig CL account? Then people *might* give a shit. Just a thought. |
