WhiteWidow steps up to the street holding a large stack of papers, with a slightly maddened look upon his face "Ladies and gentleman, I come to you today a humbled gambler, hosting a lottery. There will be one hundred tickets in said lottery, each being sold at a mere 25,000 each. There will be three winning tickets. Each of the three numbers will be available for viewing after all numbers are sold, and are currently being held on a scrap piece of paper in HydroPhonic's mailbox. The three winning numbers vary in prize money, one of them will win you 1,000,000. The second shall pay out 900,000, and the final ticket winner shall receive 600,000." WW looks around anxiously, and begins again "You may buy as many tickets as you'd like. All money can be sent to myself. Every time a number is bought I shall come back out to the streets and update you. Please do not say your numbers here, mail me with them and your money for them, and I shall come out and announce it." |

| Quick announcement, seems there is some confusion. The numbers are being held by my leader, HydroPhonic, and she alone knows them. Well, I do too, and their is a time on the scrap of paper dating the numbers to have been picked before this speech. | |
